Chocolate Fest

Changes for Chocolate Fest

Beginning with 2017, Chocolate Fest will be managed by the Hortonville Civic Association. The event will move to Alonzo Park and be expanded to include events on Friday evening (June 2) and all day on Saturday (June 3). The Fox West Chamber will stay involved by being a sponsor.

Friday evening will include a fish fry at the pavilion from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., hosted by the Hortonville Lions Club. Live music by the Star Fire Family band from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. Star Fire plays country (new & old), rock & roll oldies, bluegrass and much more.

A carnival with a midway will be on the grounds to entertain all ages on Friday evening and all day Saturday.

Three Villages will be hosted-Artisan Village (arts & crafts); Vendor Village (businesses) and Confectionery Village (all types of chocolates). Booth costs in all areas are $30 for a 10' x 10' booth.

A Family Fun area with games will be hosted by the Friends of the Library on Saturday.

The 5k Run by the Fox West Academy and the Bike Safety Event will return on Saturday. Bingo, Bake Off and the Chocolate Eating Contest will not be part of the event this year.
