Strategic Planning Report - Vision 2020:
In the fall of 2016, the Fox West Chamber Board of Directors engaged Allen-Olson Consulting to develop a strategic plan for the next three years. Allen-Olson had facilitated the Chamber's 2016 plan to develop "Vision 2020."
The Chamber membership was given the opportunity to participate in a survey during the summer of 2016. The survey results were then shared with 20+ volunteers who participated in a Strategic Planning Session in mid-September. During the session members developed strategic focuses and potential initiatives for the next four years.
